Asheville, NC - The Regent Royals women's basketball team lost 74-59 on Monday, December 13th, in the opening game of a back-to-back with Warren Wilson College.
Royals Standouts -
Junior Kali Murrell led all scorers with 22 points while going 9 of 21 from the field.
Freshman Jada Knox got hot from deep in the third quarter knocking down three consecutive threes to lead a late Royals run. She finished the game with 19 points and added two assists.

Freshman Desiree Cross had a career day totaling 30 points while shooting an impressive 14-16 from the free-throw line.
Freshman Jada Knox continued to knock down big shots, going 3-6 from deep and finishing with 16 points on the game.

The Royals will enter the break at 1-8 and look forward to their first home game in over a month as they host Newport News Apprentice School on January 9th.
