Roanoke, VA - The Regent Royals women's volleyball team traveled to Hollins University for a tri-match against Christendom College and host Hollins University on Saturday, October 8.
Game 1
In their first match of the day, the Royals lost to the Christendom College Crusaders in straight sets (17-25, 17-25, 23-25).

Makayla Daniels gave the Royals some steady defense with nine digs while providing some instant offense with three aces.
Game 2
In their final matchup of the day, the Royals fell to Hollins University in four sets (28-26, 23-25, 14-25, 13-25).

Brielle Peltonen looked to help her team in any way possible, coming up with seven digs and five kills while chipping in two aces.

The Women's Volleyball team will be back in action with their first home game of the year against Trinity DC on Tuesday, October 11.
