Takoma Park, MD - The Regent Royals women's soccer team won 5-2 over Washington Adventist University on Tuesday, October 25. With the score tied at two heading into the 2nd half, the Royal's offense responded in a big way scoring three goals, while the defense held firm to give Regent the decisive victory.

Freshman Jocelynne Lake had a career day finding the back of the net twice for her first-ever multi-goal game and added one assist in the effort.
Freshman Ariana Barrera stepped in at goalie for the short-handed Royals recording three saves while holding the Shock scoreless in the second half. Â
