Hampton, VA - The Regent Royals men's basketball team fell in an exhibition match-up with NCAA Division I Hampton University 89 - 60 on Saturday, November 12.

Royals Standouts -
Senior Markell Riggins was the offensive catalyst for the Royals showing an ability to score on all three levels throughout the game. He finished with a team-high 17 points while shooting an impressive 8-9 from the free-throw line. 
Junior Samir Brown relentlessly attacked the rim to end up with 11 points while pulling in 6 rebounds and dishing out three assists.

The Royals are 0-2 on the season and will travel to Winchester, VA, for a match-up with Shenandoah University on November 20 at 2:00 PM.
