Virginia Beach, VA - The Regent Royals women's basketball team lost to Christendom College 62-60 on Friday, December 2. With the game tied at 44, heading into the fourth, the two teams traded baskets up until the very last play of the game, where a Crusader's jump shot found the bottom of the net with no time remaining to give Christendom the win.

Royals Standouts -
Junior Kaila Murrell found her shooting stroke early in the game, going 4-7 from deep on her way to a team-high 27 points. 
Sophomore Oghosasse Osadiaye gave the Royals a much-needed spark off the bench scoring six points while pulling in eight rebounds.

The Royals move to 0-6 on the season and will take High Point University Club team tomorrow, December 3, at 2:00 pm.
