Newport News, VA - The Regent Royals women's basketball to 50-38 Newport News Apprentice School on Tuesday, February 17th. The Royals battled throughout the game, cutting a late deficit to single digits before timely shooting from the Builders put the game away.

Jada Knox played her signature hard-nosed defense throughout the game while adding a team-high 12 points to go with five boards.

Brooke Glisson anchored the front-court offense for the Royals scoring ten points on 40% shooting while bringing in six rebounds.
Team Notes-Â
The Royals will host Christendom College in their final regular-season game on Saturday, February 19th. Prior to the game, Regent Athletics will hold a short ceremony to honor the program's seniors and first graduating class.
