Patrick was hired in October of 2020 as Sports Information Director at Regent University. Before starting here, he has held many roles in athletics, including Coaching JV basketball at Kempsville High School, writing for Prep Hoops, and working as a personal trainer at the YMCA. He says his passion for being involved in sports comes from "being able to help aspiring athletes develop and chase their goals."
Patrick grew up in the Virginia Beach area and graduated from Kempsville High School. He later went on to Southern Virginia University, where he received his Bachelor's in Liberal Arts degree. While there, he played varsity basketball and was a member of the 2010-2011 USCAA Championship team.
Patrick says he was drawn to Regent because of "their strong community values and emphasis on developing character." While serving here, he hopes to strengthen those values and continue building excitement for our budding athletics program.
