Kotula, originally from Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, enters her second year at Regent School of Law and first as a coaching assistant for the women's soccer program.
She played four collegiate seasons of NCAA Division II Women's Soccer at East Stroudsburg University, where she graduated summa cum laude after three years with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy in 2023. In addition, Kotula graduated with a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership in 2024.
On the field, Kotula became the first player in East Stroudsburg University women's soccer history to be named a United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American, and first in history to be named a College Sports Communicators Academic All-American three years in a row. During her career she scored 23 goals and provided 7 assists and served as a three-year captain of the program. Kotula was a three-time All-Conference First Team selection and was featured on ESPN Sports Center Top #10 at #4 for a goal she scored in 2022.
She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor degree where she also serves as a Teaching Assistant.
