Women's Basketball Drops to Virginia Wesleyan

Virginia Beach, VA - The Regent Royals women's basketball team lost 61-52 to Virginia Wesleyan University on Friday, December 10th.

Royals Standouts -
Junior Kali Murrell continued to torch the nets putting up 31 points on her way to setting a new Regent women's basketball record for points in a game.
Freshman Jada Knox led the defensive attack, constantly pressuring the ball and jumping passing lanes to come away with six steals on the night. She added nine points and five rebounds on the game.
Team Notes- The Royals are now 1-6 on the season and will have a short break before back-to-back conference games against Warren Wilson College.
