Women's Volleyball Falls to Methodist University

Lynchburg, VA - In their second match of the day, the Royals fell to Methodist University in straight sets (19-25, 20-25, 20-25).

Royal standouts -
Sophomore Emily Speier was all over the court for the Royals as she fought to keep her team in the match. She finished the day with team-highs in assists (22) and digs (15).

Monarch standouts -
Jenna Fowler and Geneva Berriger led all players with nine kills each on the day.

Team Notes-
The Royals move to 1-5 on the season and will travel to Trinity Washington University on Wednesday, September 22nd, for their next match-up.
