Norfolk, VA - The Regent Royals women's volleyball team won in straight sets (25-3, 25-4, 25-6) over Trinity Washington University on Tuesday, October 12. The Royals jumped out to an early lead as they dominated from behind the serving line to finish the match with a season-high 36 aces. 

Royals Standouts- 
Sophomore Katie Gilmore helped lead the offense charge, finishing with ten aces and adding one kill for a season-high 11 points. 

Team Notes -
The Royals even their record at 4-4 and will next host the program's first-ever tri-match this Friday, October 14, against Washington Adventist at 1:00 PM, followed by Carolina University at 5:00 PM.
