Virginia Beach, VA - The Regent Royals men's basketball team lost 79-73 to Warren Wilson College on February 5. The Royals took the lead early in the game, going up by as much as 17, but a determined Owls team was able to chip away in the second half to come out with the win. 

Royals Standouts -
Grad Student Stanley Adjei led all scorers with 21 points while shooting an impressive 3-5 from deep. He added nine rebounds and three assists to round out the effort. 
Sophomore Matthew Mealy provided a spark off the bench for the Royals going a perfect 5-5 from the field to finish with ten points and six rebounds in just over 15 minutes of play.

The Royals will travel to Elizabeth City, NC, to take on the Mustangs of Mid-Atlantic Christian University on Tuesday, February 5, at 7:00 PM.
