Virginia Beach, VA - Friday night presented another difficult challenge for the Regent University Men's Basketball team, as they hosted Johnson & Wales University.  The Royals were looking to get in the win column,but it would be a game of streaks with the Wildcats ultimately prevailing by a final score of 80-62.
  
Freshamn Marion Brown (Chesapeake, VA) had another solid game, finishing with 12 points and a game high 10 rebounds, while fellow Freshman Modokwe Piyassa (Lome, VA) scored 11 points to go along with his 4 rebounds.  In addition, Sophomore Darrin Clark (Suffolk, VA) and Junior Matthew Mealy (Chesapeake, VA) each added 10 points and Junior Joakim Marie-Joseph (Saint Martin) pulled down 9 rebounds in the game.

Regent will be back in action on Saturday, February 3rd when they host Berkeley College out of New York.  Tip-off is scheduled for 4:00pm.
