Salisbury, NC – On Saturday, the Regent University Men's and Women's Track & Field team made their annual trip to the over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel to compete in the Eastern Shore Challenge at Salisbury University. The Royals have had a tradition of success at the event and today would produce a Historical performance with two Event Wins and six School Records.. Below are the official results.
Men's 100m
Senior Asher Ellis (Morganton, NC) finished with a time of 12.35 seconds
Women's 100m
Freshman Elizabeth Olojo (Hanover, MD) came in at 13.61 seconds
Sophomore Jordana Foose (Chesterfield, VA) finished at 14.76 seconds
Freshman Daria Easton ran a time of 15.99 seconds

Junior Kristi Moser (Indian Trial. NC) won the event and broke the School Record with a time of 15.30 seconds

Freshman Creighton Hartsell (Newport News, VA) ran a Personal Record time of 24.41 seconds

Regent's Men will be back in action on May 1st and 2nd when they compete in the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Championships in Fredericksburg, VA. However, the Women will travel to Appalachian State University for a Meet on April 25th in Boone, NC.
