Greenville, SC - The National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association (NCCAA) has announced that Regent University student-athlete Sophomore
Nicole Walston (Wake Forest, NC) has been named the National Offensive Player of the Week. Walston helped lead the Royals to wins over Trinity Washington University and Christendom College this past weekend. In the TWU match, she finished with 16 kills on an efficient .750 hitting percentage. Walston finished the week with 5.00 kills per set on a .540 hitting percentage and is currently leading the country in kills per set at 4.30. In addition, she is second in the nation in points with an average of 4.85.
