Virginia Beach, VA – It had almost been a month since the Regent University Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field teams had participated in a competition, but they were back in full swing on Friday as the Royals competed in the VCU Rams Invitational just a few miles down the road from campus. It was an opportunity for Regent to perform in their home city, and The Royals' efforts were good enough to produce a Top 5 finish and a School Record, to go along with numerous Personal Records.
