Jefferson City, TN - Day Two of the Carson Newman Invite saw the Regent University Beach Volleeyball team face a school they are familiar with, Liberty University. After making history the day before, the Royals were back on the sand Saturday morning for their third match in 24 hours. The team showed strong improvement as they went toe-to-toe with the Flames. - Sophomore Alaina Braun-Duin (Stephens City, VA) and Freshman Keira Anderson (Leland, NC) lost 21-17, 21-15
- Junior Erin Saunders (Danville, VA) and Freshman Rylee Stewart (Newport News, VA) lost 21-15, 21-15
- Freshman Daily Davis (Bristow, VA) and Freshman Reagan Holestin (Virginia Beach, VA) lost 21-9, 21-13
- Freshman Annalise Todd (Raleigh, NC) and Freshman Lexie Dennis (Newport News, VA) lost 21-11, 21-10
- Freshman Brooklynn Delane (Colonial Beach, VA) and Freshman Emma Kristiansen (Sparta, NJ) fell in their match
Regent will be back in action on March 27th when they compete in the University of Lynchburg Tournament against, Southern Virginia, Lynchburg, Richard Bland, Liberty and Stevenson. First serve is at 11:00am.
