Virginia Beach, VA - Regent University Athletics is excited to announce a partnership with the Virginia Beach Sportsplex that will bring Royals Men's and Women's Soccer to one of the premier athletic facilities in Hampton Roads during the 2026 season, while they await completion of their new $60 million on-campus Athletic Complex.

As part of the agreement, the Regent University Men's and Women's Soccer programs will host a combined five home matches at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex, providing student-athletes and fans with an enhanced game-day experience at a venue recognized for hosting high-level athletic events.

The partnership represents another step forward in the continued growth of Regent Athletics as the Royals expand opportunities for their student-athletes while strengthening relationships within the Virginia Beach community.

The Virginia Beach Sportsplex has served as a major destination for collegiate, professional, and community sporting events, offering a competitive environment that aligns with Regent's commitment to excellence on and off the field.

The Royals' home schedule at the Sportsplex will feature key match-ups for both programs as they continue competing against strong regional opponents and members of the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) which include Women's Soccer hosting Westfield State University  (Aug 27th), Eastern Mennonite University (Sept. 16th) and Hampton University (Oct. 28th).  IN addition, the Men will play two games hosting Southern Virginia University (Oct. 14th) and Salisbury University (Oct. 21st).

Regent Athletics continues to experience significant growth through expanded athletic offerings, increased student-athlete participation, and facility partnerships that support the university's mission of developing Christian leaders to change the world.

All Athletic programs are scheduled to move into their new home at the University's on campus Athletic Complex in the Fall of 2027.
