Greenville, SC - The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) has announced that Sophomore My'Angel Carter (Toccoa, GA) has been named to the Women's All-South Region First Team. 

In just her second season at Regent University, Carter turned in one of the best overall performances of anyone to wear a Royals uniform.  On the season, she averaged 18.5 points/game for a total of 273 points, while grabbing 9.5 rebounds/game, for a total of 186 on the season.  In addition, Carter broke the school's All-time Single Game Rebounding record with 19 against MACU and also became the program's record holder for the most double-doubles in a season, with nine.  

The Team Captain will return to Regent next season for her Junior season.
