Virginia Beach, VA - The Regent University Athletic Deaprtment has announced a pair of staff promotions effective July 1st.  Barry Hollenbeck, who is entering his 2nd year with the Men's Basketball program, will now assume the role of Associate Head Coach, while Head Women's Soccer Coach, Briley Fillenwarth, will have the additional title of Assitant Sports Information Director.  

This past season, Hollenebck played a key role in the development of a young Royals team which would to set a number of program records.  He will assist Head Coach Michael W. Allen and have a leading role in recruiting, game planning and operations.

Fillenwarth, who also enters her second season at Regent, will assist Sports Communications Director Chris Sawyer with overseeing the department's interns and game day workers, along with assisting with the overall operations of the department.
