Virginia Beach, VA – Regent University Athletics and third year Head Coach Briley Fillenwarth have announced the release of the 2026 Women's Soccer schedule, featuring a slate of regional opponents, challenging road contests, and key Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference match-ups as the Royals look to qualify for their second straight conference tournament.
The 2026 campaign begins with a preseason scrimmage against Westfield State on August 27 at home before officially opening the regular season on September 1st at Batten University (formerly Virginia Wesleyan University) in Virginia Beach.
Regent will play seven regular-season home matches at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex and Norfolk Christian School, highlighted by contests against Sweet Briar College, Eastern Mennonite University, Agnes Scott College, Mid-Atlantic Christian University, Trinity Washington University, Warren Wilson College, and Hampton University.
The Royals will also face a challenging road schedule that includes trips to William Peace University, Salem College, Greensboro College, Virginia State University, North Carolina Wesleyan University, Emory & Henry University, Salisbury University, and Johnson & Wales University-Charlotte.
Conference play begins on October 14th when Regent travels to Salisbury University for a Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference match-up. The Royals will then host Warren Wilson College on Senior Day on October 17th before concluding conference play at Johnson & Wales University on October 31st.
Following the regular season, the Royals will set their sights on the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Tournament, scheduled for November 5th-8th at Christopher Newport University.
